In addition to this introductory section, you will find two sections copied from the book, namely the Table of Contents/List of Illustrations and Maps, and the Introduction. Finally purchase information is provided in the Promotional Flyer section.
The book will be ready for distribution in November of 2009. The price is $35.00. Purchased copies may be picked up in Maryville, Tennessee or Harrisonburg, Virginia. If mailed to your home address, a shipping and handling charge of $4.50 per copy, plus $2.00 for each additional copy, will be added to the purchase price.

I developed an interactive Flyer where you could fill in the blanks and hit the "Submit" button automatically sending the order back to me. Unfortunately when that interactive Flyer was was downloaded to this Web site it was no longer interactive. I am working on it. In the meantime you can simply click on my email address and send your order via email, or print off the Flyer and send it snail mail. The Pay Pal payment option does work by using to the georgebowmanbook@gmail.com address.
